Position Summary
Seeking an energetic recruiting professional who can deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience. The individual in this role will deliver the campus hiring strategy for a business with an alignment to office or profile.

Work you’ll do
- Partner with School, Talent Identification & Engagement, and Alliance recruiters
- Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
- Work with business and talent stakeholders and leadership to deliver hiring strategy
- Oversee the campus recruiting life cycle events from candidate selection to managing the interview process and facilitating hiring decisions
- Serve as point of contact for business internal stakeholders
- Manage and move candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with preboarding process for hires
- Navigate and clear all compliance review cases
- Oversee the internship program including mentoring, event planning, performance management, and related activity
- Foster ongoing candidate relationships
- Track/manage budget for recruiting activities
- Provide support to School, Talent Identification & Engagement, and Alliance recruiters as needed
The individual selected for this role must have the ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems. Individual must have a willingness to try new methodologies and approaches including embracing technology platforms and participating in our social media strategy. Job requires travel, frequent evening, and occasional weekend work during busy seasons.
The team
The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced, and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Must reside in or near the location(s) connected with the job posting
- Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Problem-solving and event-planning skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to $121,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
