What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Business Analyst (Consultant or Senior Consultant level) in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) Innovation Centre of Excellence, you will be part of an incubation team responsible for transforming service delivery across our Strategy, Risk, and M&A & Transactions advisory portfolios. Recent initiatives have focused on leveraging GenAI and other emerging technologies to enhance practitioner efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

You will play a key role in supporting innovation initiatives being driven across the business by:

  • Designing conversational AI solutions to automate business workflows and improve user experience amongst our SR&T Practitioners
  • Building wireframes and prototypes to visualize solution concepts and user journeys, and contributing to high-level solution design decks and presentations
  • Developing user stories and detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
  • Defining scope boundaries for solution features and releases, and tracking feature enhancements and bug fixes
  • Leading and documenting testing activities, including writing test cases, tracking bugs, and validating enhancements
  • Creating documentation for asset approvals, including architecture design, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans

The SR&T Innovation COE team empowers the Strategy, Risk & Transactions business to achieve sustainable profitable and market leading growth by harnessing the potential of emerging technologies (including GenAI), design-driven innovation approaches, and multidisciplinary talent. By ideating, incubating, and accelerating innovative solutions, we help teams transform, address clients’ most pressing challenges, and deliver differentiated value – ensuring SR&T remains agile and competitive in an ever-evolving market.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

We are seeking future-focused, collaborative and action-oriented candidates, at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level, who demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and project coordination
  • UX design experience building process flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes leveraging software tools like Figma and Visio
  • Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and business requirements
  • Ability to harness AI technologies like M365 Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Gemini to create intelligent workflows and agentic solutions
  • Knowledge of asset approval documentation, including architecture design, security controls, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans for software solutions
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture and LLM/GenAI concepts
  • Experience with testing, bug tracking, and feature management in JIRA
  • Strong analytical and innovative mindset with a passion for emerging technologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Management consulting experience and/or CPA, CBV, or Project Management certifications are considered strong assets

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is between $68,000 - $102,000 (Consultant) and $84,000 - $126,000 (Senior Consultant), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
