What will your typical day look like?
As a trusted customer advocate at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level, you will help organizations develop, deliver, and drive value from Microsoft 365 with a modern focus on AI-enabled productivity (Copilot) and information governance & compliance (Microsoft Purview) alongside collaboration and automation solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
As a Consultant, you will:
• Configure solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build low-code/no-code apps and workflow automation; implement functional components with quality unit tests.
• Set up metadata, information architecture basics, site structures, and permissions aligned to best practices.
• Support Copilot readiness efforts including identifying oversharing and access hygiene issues and executing remediation tasks scoped by seniors.
• Assist with governance activities (labels, basic retention, DLP) under guidance of senior practitioners.
• Participate in workshops, write documentation, and support testing and defect triage.
• Support migration activities such as content inventory, mapping, remediation, and cutover execution.
• Work within Agile delivery practices and collaborate closely with clients and team members.
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
• Lead components of Modern Work solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Own Copilot readiness workstreams including risk assessments, remediation plans, and progress tracking.
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview capabilities (sensitivity labels, retention rules, DLP) and establish pragmatic governance models.
• Lead information architecture design, permissioning strategy, and solution planning; review and approve technical designs.
• Oversee configuration/build work and ensure solution quality; mentor Consultants and Analysts.
• Facilitate workshops, shape requirements, develop estimates and delivery plans, and influence client decisions.
• Contribute to proposals, accelerators, and practice thought leadership.

Our Intelligent Content Solutions team helps clients with their end-to-end journey from upfront strategy through implementation and operations. In this role, you will help build the sales pipeline, engage clients with thought leadership, educate them on the “art of the possible,” and advise on solutions and processes that achieve measurable outcomes - now increasingly centered on AI-enabled work and compliant information governance
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
What you bring as a Consultant:
• 2–5 years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform).
• Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate development delivering production-grade apps/flows.
• Working PowerShell skills for administrative tasks and automation; familiarity with PnP (PowerShell or provisioning) to configure and templatize SharePoint/Teams.
• Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate (preferred) or Metalogix for SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams migrations.
• Exposure to and ability to use Microsoft Graph API for practical tasks (e.g., data operations, permissions, or automation).
• Understanding of Logic Apps or Teams/Power Platform extensibility patterns at a practitioner level (able to extend where OOTB falls short).
• Strong configuration-first mindset; limited custom code beyond the above as required.
• Solid communication and consulting fundamentals; ability to produce clear deliverables and follow SDLC/DevOps practices.
Nice to have
• Experience with information governance and Microsoft Purview (labels, retention, DLP) and a desire to deepen expertise.
• Experience in SPFx, CSOM, JS, C#
• Basic understanding of records management or regulated environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200/PL-400, SC-900/SC-400, MS-700, AZ-900).
What you bring as a Senior Consultant:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions across multiple pillars (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform).
• Proven Power Apps and Power Automate development for enterprise-grade scenarios (governed environments, ALM basics).
• Proficient PowerShell with PnP for provisioning/templating, scripted configuration, lifecycle and migration assist tasks.
• Experience in SPFx, CSOM, JS, C#
• Demonstrated experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix) including assessment, remediation, and cutover leadership.
• Practical experience calling Microsoft Graph API for integration/automation; ability to guide others on permissions and throttling considerations.
• Working knowledge of Logic Apps and Teams/Power Platform extensibility; able to select the right pattern and enforce secure practices.
• Strong understanding of IA/governance and Purview components; experience leading at least one of labels/retention/DLP at scale.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
• Experience designing Copilot data exposure mitigation patterns, agents and adoption playbooks.
• Deeper records management background or public sector/FS/E&R industry experience.
• Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-400, PL-400, MS-700); bilingual an asset.
Total Rewards
The expected salary range for this role varies by level: Consultants typically fall between $58,000 and $102,000, while Senior Consultants are generally between $80,000 and $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
