Work You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture (org strategy, data model, security, integrations, environments) and ensure alignment to business outcomes and non-functional requirements
- Serve as onsite technical lead and primary client-facing technical contact, driving day-to-day decisions, alignment, and escalation management
- Translate requirements into actionable designs and delivery-ready stories, including architecture artifacts, standards, and implementation patterns
- Lead technical execution and quality governance (code reviews, CI/CD, testing strategy, release readiness) to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions
- Architect and oversee integrations and data activities (API/middleware patterns, identity/SSO considerations, data migration and reconciliation where applicable)
- Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, facilitating design reviews and ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution

Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in Salesforce delivery with demonstrated architecture leadership
- Experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect leading multi-workstream implementations
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, triggers, async patterns
- Security/sharing model, governor limits, performance tuning
- Data modeling and environment/release management
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, middleware patterns
- Proven onsite leadership experience coordinating distributed teams and client stakeholders
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (one or more): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application/System Architect credentials, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Identity & Access Management Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer
- Experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Field Service
- CI/CD tooling experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) and Salesforce DX (SFDX)
