Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring mid-level and junior-level personnel
- Supporting program office operations to fulfill DoD Acquisition process requirements
- Coordinating program support service activities across multiple programs within the PM's portfolio in order to meet expectations of PM/DPM tasking
- Coordinating and supporting program office strategic planning activities
- Developing and documenting efficient program office operating procedures
- Tracking PM/DPM action items to ensure timely and effective completion
- Developing program office documentation, including reports, correspondence, memoranda, command history, civilian and military awards, and meeting minutes
- Preparing and/or coordinating the development of briefings, graphics and multimedia presentations
- Coordinating and maintaining PM/DPM daily and long-range schedules

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active DoD Secret clearance required
- Ten (10) or more years’ experience in the DoD environment supporting DoD Program Management of C2 Systems (including cost, schedule, and performance)
- Ten (10) or more years’ experience coordinating program support service activities
- Experience briefing Flag/SES/Senior level Government officials
- Experience providing technical and planning support for meetings, conferences, official functions and working groups
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
