Are you interested in helping clients — ranging from medium-sized businesses to large multinational corporations and financial institutions — adopt innovative, technology-enabled solutions to transform how they manage valuation and portfolio processes? As a Senior Manager focused on Licensing and Commercialization of the ValueD platform, you will play a leadership role in driving go-to-market strategy, expanding platform adoption, and ensuring long-term customer success.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, sales enablement, pricing, and client engagement — helping position ValueD as a differentiated, scalable solution in the marketplace while supporting the growth and commercialization of Deloitte’s technology-enabled offerings.
Work you’ll do
As a Senior Manager focusing on Licensing and Commercialization of ValueD, you will serve as the overall commercialization and go-to-market lead for the ValueD platform. You will drive licensing growth, pricing strategy, customer success, and market expansion efforts to scale platform adoption across priority client segments.
You will:
- Lead the commercialization strategy for the ValueD platform, including licensing structures, pricing models, packaging, and competitive positioning
- Partner with account teams and leadership to drive sales efforts, support pursuits, participate in client demos, and clearly articulate the ValueD value proposition
- Develop scalable go-to-market plans, including target market segmentation, pipeline development strategies, and commercialization roadmaps
- Design and refine pricing frameworks and commercial constructs to align with market demand, client needs, and profitability objectives
- Lead customer success initiatives, including onboarding strategies, adoption tracking, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product/technology teams, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment between market feedback and platform enhancements
- Establish KPIs and reporting metrics to track platform growth, licensing revenue, client adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Support conference participation, thought leadership, internal enablement sessions, and marketplace advocacy to strengthen ValueD brand awareness
- Collaborate with leadership to scale ValueD as a strategic growth platform within the broader Portfolio Valuation Services and Strategy & Transactions ecosystem
This role requires strong commercial acumen, a product-oriented mindset, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to operate across sales, technology, and client delivery teams.
The team
Our Valuation & Modeling team provides financial modeling for business planning, transactions, and operational improvements. We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management. Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements.
The ValueD platform represents a strategic technology investment designed to enhance and scale Deloitte’s Valuation Services capabilities through standardized, technology-enabled delivery models. As client demand grows for platform-based and recurring solutions, ValueD is becoming an increasingly important component of our market differentiation and commercial strategy.
This role plays a central leadership function in driving the growth, licensing expansion, and customer success of the ValueD platform.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in commercialization, product strategy, go-to-market leadership, technology licensing, consulting, financial services, or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth for a technology-enabled product or platform
- Experience developing pricing strategies, licensing frameworks, and commercial models
- Proven track record supporting sales efforts, client pursuits, and executive-level presentations
- Experience leading customer success initiatives, including onboarding, adoption strategy, and renewal or expansion efforts
- Ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and client service, translating market needs into actionable product and commercial strategies
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 30% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience commercializing SaaS, platform-based, or technology-enabled solutions
- Experience working with asset managers, financial institutions, or alternative investment firms
- Experience building scalable revenue models within a professional services or hybrid consulting/technology environment
