Position Summary
Work you'll do
You will lead US-based client engagement for AI Agent initiatives, serving as the front door for business stakeholders and the delivery orchestrator for an offshore AI Factory. This role is focused on shaping AI Agent use cases into clear requirements, running delivery governance and commissioning, and owning enablement and adoption so solutions are not only delivered—but used, trusted, and sustained. You will work closely with client teams and internal/offshore delivery partners to align on scope, success metrics, testing/acceptance, rollout plans, and ongoing improvement.
· Oversee and execute the end-to-end commissioning of AI Agents delivered by the offshore AI Factory—ensuring agents are built, configured, tested, and operating to agreed specifications.
· Develop and implement commissioning plans, including test procedures, acceptance criteria, and release readiness checklists aligned to client requirements and governance.
· Lead functional and performance validation (e.g., workflow completion, response quality, reliability, escalation/handoff, guardrails behavior) and coordinate evaluation sign-offs with client stakeholders.
· Drive defect triage and remediation, coordinating across offshore build teams, internal partners, and client stakeholders to resolve issues discovered during testing/UAT.
· Document commissioning activities, test results, changes, and decisions; produce clear client-ready readouts and handover materials (runbooks, “what changed,” operating guidance).
· Conduct client walkthroughs, demos, and enablement sessions to ensure operational readiness and adoption at scale
