Work you’ll do

As a Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Manager level responsibilities include providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. You will have the opportunity to lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Enterprise cost management
  • Strategic & enterprise regulatory management
  • Profitability and productivity analysis
  • Customer relationship management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record.
  • 6 years of consulting and payment industry experience required.
  • 4 years’ experience with merchant processors, gateways and networks such as Chase Merchant Services, Elavon, Adyen, Fiserv/First Data, FIS Worldpay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB etc.
  • 4 years’ experience with card processing implementations, referential architectures, encryption, tokenization, etc. across an array of payment/checkout models.
  • 4 years’ experience with payment product, technology and/or operations experience at a major retailer and/or biller, card processor, terminal supplier.
  • Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

In addition, successful Managers will also have the following preferred skills

  • 4 years’ experience with transaction banks and implementing treasury solutions to enable ACH, Fedwire/CHIPS, RTP, SWIFT and related emerging payment solutions.
  • 4 years’ experience with key payment hub & treasury vendors such as ACI, Kyriba, Bottomline, Finastra, FIS, Fiserv, Volante, Temenos, etc.
  • Possesses and demonstrates a passion for selling and delivering payments projects at both providers and users (merchants and corporates) of payments products across industries, including payments issuing, processing, acquiring, and switching (networks).
  • Experience leading projects that have historically been larger than $500,000, with teams of 5 or more
  • Has a strong understanding of the current trends, regulations, challenges, opportunity and competition across the payments value chain
