Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Provide guidance, planning, and solutions for complex protocol scenarios to ensure adherence to established standards and customs
- Review protocol plans and executions for accuracy and compliance, providing oversight and quality control
- Align protocol activities with mission services and organizational goals to minimize conflicts and maximize impact
- Mentor team members on challenging or unfamiliar protocol situations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable seamless execution of protocol-sensitive tasks

Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA
- 5+ years planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, including reviewing and approving requests for compliance with organizational policies, budget guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- 2+ years maintaining travel records and expense documentation, and resolving travel issues pre-, during, and post-travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
