Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Lead SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization workstreams across the delivery lifecycle, with hands-on contribution to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Partner with integration and data teams to plan and execute interfaces and data migration, including mapping, conversion approach, validation, and defect triage in complex ERP programs.
  • Produce and govern core implementation deliverables, such as solution/design documentation, configuration rationale, test strategy and artifacts, cutover plans, and deployment readiness materials.
  • Drive process design and workshop facilitation, aligning business and technical stakeholders, resolving tradeoffs, and influencing adoption of standard SAP best practices and standardization.
  • Operate effectively in regulated environments, incorporating ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations into designs, testing, and deployment activities.

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
  • 1+ years partnering with integration and data teams on interfaces and data migration planning in complex ERP programs.
  • 4+ years producing and/or governing core implementation deliverables (e.g., solution/design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials).
  • 3+ years working in regulated environments with strong understanding of ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations
  • 3+ years leading workshops and process design, including influencing stakeholders toward standardization and adoption of SAP best practices.
  • 3+ years supporting DoD and/or U.S. Federal civilian agencies on ERP modernization programs
  • 5+ years delivering SAP implementations, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,900 to $179,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
