Work You’ll Do
Calling all scrappy video creators searching for a full-time opportunity to make B2B content that moves the needle! The Ecosystems & Alliances marketing team is looking to add a jack-of-all-video-trades to help drive our consulting efforts with some of the biggest tech companies in the world.
As our Video Producer, Editor & Motion Artist, you’ll work alongside our team Video Manager to make video content for a variety of different mediums and platforms. One day you might be on set helping capture subject matter expert interviews for a Vox-like piece about AI agents, and the next day you might be animating a :15 loop for a giant Las Vegas nightclub marquee. To be considered for this position, you’ll need to prove that you’re equally skilled in both Adobe Premiere and After Effects. We need a story editor that can also break down and animate layered AI files. Someone that knows AE expressions but can also cut a music track to crescendo in the right places. We’re looking for someone that uses both programs as their daily workhorses to cut, animate, mix, and color click-worthy content. The preferred candidate will also have on-set experience, a history of interfacing with corporate leaders and stakeholders, and be familiar with Blackmagic cameras and .braw footage.
Responsibilities
- Travel across the country for a variety of live shoots
- Interface with marketers and subject matter experts
- Cut, animate, mix, and color click-worthy content for events, web, social, podcasts and any venue where video plays a role in corporate communication
- Collaborate with team Video Manager to produce effective and accurate vision of the video
- Offer creative solutions to both production and post-production issues that might arise
- Archive and organize project files on the team’s RAID
Successful candidate will possess
- Additional knowledge in video producing or video capture
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Adobe Workfront
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative, proactive “can-do” mentality
- Able to present ideas, provide rationale, and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
- Comfortable in corporate settings
- Cool under pressure
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years’ experience in video editing/motion graphics required (Portfolio should include samples of demo reel, commercials, product videos, documentaries, marketing materials, and other pieces that reflect capabilities)
- 7+ years of advanced, hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Expert level)
- 7+ years delivering 2D animation and related VFX compositing
- 7+ years working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, & Audition)
- Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Bachelor’s/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
