Work you'll do

Do you know video gear? Like to travel? Give a silent fist pump when your project budget lands just right? So do we. The Ecosystems & Alliances marketing team is looking to add a full-time logistics backbone to help drive our consulting efforts with some of the biggest tech companies in the world.

As our Video Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our team Video Manager to get all up in those video production logistics.

Pre-production: You’ll run point on creating scopes of work, video schedules, and budgets. You’ll maintain our established relationships with existing vendors and freelancers but also be responsible for sourcing new gear houses depending on the location of a shoot. You’ll take direction from the Video Manager on what will be needed for the shoot and then work your magic to source and book it – gear, travel, location, props, etc.

Productions: You’ll be a ‘hands on’ asset, traveling with the team to help load in/set up/break down gear. You’ll drive the rental van, collect releases, ensure security knows we’ll be using the service elevator, and pick where we eat dinner. You’ll also get to rub elbows with some of the best and brightest stakeholders from the tech world.

Post-Production: You’ll ensure our editors/animators have everything they need – design files, stock music, stock footage, etc. – and then when the cut is finalized, you’ll license all those assets. We’ll look to you to keep everyone on schedule, ensuring we hit critical deadlines and hold stakeholders accountable.
