What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant you will be analyzing client issues and developing solutions using the latest Oracle EPM technology solutions. You will be the author of presentations and present findings to clients. You will be supporting the team in areas of pursuits, client engagements and project implementation. You will need to prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting, while participating in all phases of the project lifecycle from Scoping to Post Implementation Support. Lastly, you will develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm and leverage the knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities.

You are someone who has:


• A strong understanding of workforce planning and financial planning processes, and how they support broader enterprise performance management and finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Finance and HR stakeholders to translate business objectives, planning requirements, and operating model considerations into scalable Oracle EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting end to end transformation programs, including requirements definition, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post implementation stabilization.
• A minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle, hands on experience implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), including Workforce Planning, with supporting experience in Oracle EPM Data Management / Data Integration (Pipelines), EPM Automate, and Smart View for Office. Experience with Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning use cases (multi year capacity or skills planning) is considered an asset.
• Proven experience designing and configuring EPBCS Workforce Planning models, including headcount and position based planning, compensation and benefits modelling, and workforce cost forecasting, aligned to financial planning and forecasting processes. Experience supporting financial solutions that plan or model unionized workforces, complex pay structures, or multiple employee classes is considered an asset.
• Experience integrating workforce and HR data from upstream source systems into EPBCS, with an understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and aggregation considerations.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to lead design workshops, develop client ready materials, and clearly articulate workforce model behaviour, assumptions, and outcomes to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross functional delivery teams across Finance, HR, project management, and technical resources, including onshore and offshore team members.
• Proven ability to contribute to project planning, delivery governance, and client management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Experience contributing to client pursuits and sales activities, including solution shaping, proposal development, and supporting client presentations and demonstrations.
• An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A post graduate degree or professional designation is considered an asset.
• Experience working on finance transformation initiatives, ideally within public sector, healthcare, or higher education environments.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
