Work You’ll Do

  • Lead ERP-enabled business transformation initiatives, with accountability for planning, execution, delivery oversight, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support end-to-end SAP implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, deployment planning, and go-live support.
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA program activities across business process design, system build, integration, testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Lead requirements development efforts through stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, business process analysis, documentation, and traceability management.
  • Coordinate system build activities across functional, technical, data, and integration teams to support successful solution delivery.
  • Oversee testing strategy and execution, including test planning, test case development, defect management, SIT, UAT, and test status reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and workstreams within large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs, ensuring progress against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points early, and partner with leadership and client stakeholders to drive resolution and maintain delivery momentum.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience leading ERP-enabled business transformation, with responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery oversight.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, and deployment activities.
  • 5+ years of experience working specifically with SAP S/4HANA, including support for business process design, system build, integration, and testing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading requirements development efforts, including stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, documentation of business requirements, and traceability management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or supporting system build activities, including coordination across functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or overseeing testing activities, including test strategy, test case development, defect management, SIT, UAT, and test execution reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and workstreams in a large-scale ERP or digital transformation environment.
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
