Position Summary
Deloitte Services LP seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner in Chicago, Illinois.
Work You’ll Do
Oversee periodic financial reporting and develop initial business case and financial models to analyze financial results, plans, projections, forecasts, investments, and business case progress. Deliver timely financial analytics, reporting, and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities and business case. Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to leadership. Support leaders to successfully implement the
business strategy. Work closely with operations team to support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives. Coordinate with the Research & Analysis Center of Excellence (R&A CoE) on financial reporting. Establish deliverable structure and content and review deliverables to ensure that they meet client expectations. Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
Requirements
Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four years of experience as a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner or related occupation gaining experience performing financial modeling and financial management reporting. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six years of experience as a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner or related occupation gaining experience performing financial modeling and financial management reporting.
Experience must include four years of:
- providing recommendations and support to engagement and account leaders by presenting financial reports to leadership, and by implementing project management controls using Tableau, SWIFT, and Excel modeling;
- analyzing and reporting on data utilizing financial systems, audit and Excel tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint;
- interacting with senior level internal clients and firm leadership to present various analyses; and
- providing mentoring, training, and coaching to junior staff.
Experience must include three years of:
- creating future financial state business model plans and recommendations; and
- analyzing various pricing scenarios and determining project profitability and feasibility to advise management on project margin.
Other
Annual Salary: $140,026.00 - $208,300.00.
Position requires approximately 25% domestic travel.
