What will your typical day look like?
- Lead client engagements for strategic priority accounts
- Act as the primary client point of contact, owning delivery governance, planning, and execution
- Translate client objectives, regulatory expectations, and operating model needs into clear delivery scope and requirements
- Coordinate closely with technology vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment across roles, timelines, and dependencies
- Lead delivery rituals including status reporting, planning sessions, risk/issue management, and stakeholder forums
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and business expectations, escalating risks and decisions as required
- Support proposal development, scoping, and solution shaping for new and expanding client engagements
About the team
The Financial Crime and Analytics at Deloitte helps our clients to protect their brand and reputation by proactively advising on their exposure to fraud, corruption, and other financial crime issues. Drawing on our global network of seasoned investigators, intelligence analysts, technologists and advanced analytics, we can quickly and efficiently gain an understanding of our clients’ various Financial Crime exposures.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years (Senior Consultant) 3-5 years (Manager) of experience leading complex technology or data driven client engagements
- Strong ability to interpret regulatory, policy, and technical documentation and translate it into delivery plans
- Experience working in AML, investigations, financial crime, risk, or regulatory environments
- Proven ability to manage technical delivery models, including dependencies, milestones, and outcomes
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior client stakeholders
- Bonus: Experience with investigations platforms, case management solutions, or advanced analytics implementations
Total Rewards
The salary range for the Senior Consultant position is $84,000 - $126,000, and for the Manager position is $101,000 - $169,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
