The Executive PMO Support role is a key role within the Executive PMO team —helping transform complex program activity into clear, accurate, and executive ready artifacts that enables informed, aligned decision making across the Ascend program and its executive-level global stakeholder network. This role is responsible for gathering, organizing, and synthesizing information from across workstreams to support the development of compelling narratives and insights. By maintaining structure, clarity, and consistency in reporting and communications, the Executive PMO Support role ensures leaders have visibility into what is happening, why it matters, and where focus or decisions are needed next. This role helps maintain rhythm, transparency, and quality across materials, ensuring the right information reaches the right executive leaders at the right time.

1. Strategic Storytelling and Executive Communications: Contribute to the development of clear and compelling executive narratives, ensuring communications are concise and tailored for senior leadership audiences.
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback Coordination: Coordinate engagement with stakeholders, gather input, and manage feedback loops to promote alignment and clarity throughout all phases of strategic initiatives.
3. Unified Leadership Tone: Play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a strong, consistent tone from the top, ensuring organisational messages are cohesive and authoritative across all communication channels.
4. Drafting & editing: Create first drafts of executive one-pagers, slide content, meeting briefs, talking points, and concise status summaries based on inputs from subarea leads.
5. Content consolidation: Collect updates from multiple teams, normalize language and metrics, and produce integrated insights.
6. Quality control: Ensure accuracy, clarity, formatting consistency, and tone alignment for all materials (spelling, data checks, version control).
7. Continuous improvement: Propose small improvements to templates, intake forms, and information flows to reduce friction and improve clarity.
