What will your typical day look like?
The Regional Market Lead will serve as the face and driver of the Greenhouse Experience Program growth and brand. This involves sales pursuits, building relationships and designing and delivering interactive experiences. Our goal is to guide client executives and their teams through strategic conversations around messy, multi-faceted challenges, helping them achieve breakthrough insights. Additionally, the Regional Market Lead will provide guidance and recommendations on the operational structure and needs to ensure success.
The Regional Market Lead is someone who thrives on navigating complex adaptive circumstances from different teams and clients and excels at bringing people along the journey. This is a fast-paced role where you are juggling multiple projects in various phases of design and delivery.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Business Development and Regional Strategy
• Develop the regional Greenhouse Experience Program strategy, including growth across in-person, virtual and hybrid offerings.
• Oversee the execution of the regional marketing and business development plans and activities to ensure consistently with national plan objectives while maintaining regional relevance.
• Partner with clients and account teams to scope sessions and shape offerings that address business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with firm leadership and serve as the primary regional for opportunities involving the Greenhouse Experience Program.
• Identify current sources of value, evolve revenue models, and experiment with new ways to create value and generate revenue.
Facilitating Client Sessions
• Lead the design, development, and facilitation of key client sessions.
• Architect engagement approaches that integrate the Greenhouse Experience Program across the firm.
• Build deep knowledge of session offerings and design approaches; tailor experiences to client context while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Canadian and global facilitation networks to apply leading practices in the region.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, exploring new methodologies, and co-creating with facilitation peers.
Talent and Team Development
• Lead a regional team consisting of Experience Specialists, Lead Facilitators, Operations Leads, Technology Specialists and collaborate with national team members.
• Support career growth by understanding each team member’s goals and providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of clear communication, psychological safety, and effective, actionable feedback.
• Allocate staffing resources to maximize efficiency, quality, and team well being.
Networking and Ecosystem Building
• Elevate the Greenhouse’s reputation, influence, and leadership regionally and nationally by building networks, partnerships, and external programs (e.g., roundtables, summits, councils, workshops, publications, research).
• Build eminence and strengthen client relationships through the design and delivery of Greenhouse Experiences.
• Represent the Greenhouse at regional leadership meetings and at client-relevant events and pursuits.

Behavioral science, group dynamics, innovation theory, design thinking, and strategy converge to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. Be it in-person in a Greenhouse, offsite or online with our Canada-wide client base, the team elevates the experience and engagement.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are a motivated, organized, and creative leader with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You bring:
• At least 8 years of experience managing teams and business processes; experience in professional services or consulting is an asset.
• At least 6 years in a role where facilitation was central, with strong proficiency in human-centered, experience-driven facilitation and design techniques.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across a wide range of audiences and organizational levels.
• Outstanding storytelling, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a track record of converting opportunities into engagements.
• Strong alignment with values around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A) and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across differences.
• Strong business acumen and experience engaging with executive leaders.
• Proficiency with technology and online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Klaxoon, Miro, Poll Everywhere) and an eagerness to learn new tools in a highly tech-enabled environment.
• Experience with innovation and strategy development and execution is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, as needed.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
