What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to the Global Confidentiality & Privacy Operations Manager, this role supports the day-to-day execution and coordination of the Global Confidentiality & Privacy Program Management Office (PMO).


In this role your key responsibilities will be:


Team Operations Support
• Maintain and update stakeholder distribution lists, and operational documentation.
• Build presentations for internal audiences including senior leadership.
• Support the refinement of leadership reports to provide a holistic view of top risks and help identify common themes on an enterprise-wide basis and create recommended areas of focus.
• Assist in the development of internal communications, including drafting, editing, formatting announcements, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor and manage team shared mailbox inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding materials and operational resources for team members.
• Project support as needed such as administrative matters, scheduling, meeting facilitation, etc.


Meeting & Event Coordination
• Support planning and execution of internal events, including leadership webinars, conferences, and all-hands team engagements.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and pre-reads.
• Collaborate and coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, team engagement activities, and attendee communications (pre and post event).


Website & Content Updates
• Maintain and update internal team websites (SharePoint and intranet).
• Upload and manage documents, presentations, recordings, and resources.
• Track and maintain a log of website updates, including content changes, additions and retirements.
• Monitor content review cycles and coordinate with content owners for timely updates.
• Maintain reporting on website activity, updates, and content status to support leadership visibility and operational oversight.

Global Risk & Brand Protection protects, preserves and enhances the Deloitte brand. We navigate the dynamic risk landscape across the areas of risk management, confidentiality & privacy, cyber security oversight, regulatory, independence & conflicts, and Anti-Corruption/financial crimes. We foster trusting relationships across the Deloitte network through collaboration, facilitation and responsive guidance.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts & Sciences, or other relevant area of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administrative support, or PMO environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and able to appropriately handle privileged and confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible with workload and assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
