What will your typical day look like?
As a Global Clients & Industries (GC&I) Program Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to support critical strategic initiatives that align with strategy and growth aspirations. You will be a thought partner, contributing to the design, management and execution of key strategic initiatives in a timely manner, working with various executive stakeholder audiences in Global Growth and across the global network.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing work plan and structured approach for strategic initiatives, while helping drive leadership and team alignment
- Leveraging existing knowledge of Deloitte’s businesses, Deloitte Global and Deloitte firms, Global Lead Client Service Partner (GLCSP) and account leadership ecosystem, and Client portfolio
- Managing projects and multiple workstreams with a commitment to quality under tight deadlines
- Developing communication and presentations and interacting with poise to executive stakeholders through effective written and oral communication
- Working with the project lead to drive day-to-day project management and execute tasks effectively

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including, but not limited to:
- Direct client service experience/Consulting background
- Working experience within the global organization and within our Member Firm(s)
- History of operating effectively in global teams
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing new solutions
- Experience with change management and communications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to adjust communication style based on the audience, exceptional ability to prepare executive-ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically, ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
- Strong project management and time management skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure, and manage multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables
- High degree of endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to constantly varying priorities and subject matter
- Exceptional understanding of how Deloitte and the network operate including account team and go-to-market priorities
- High comfort level working in a global, matrixed, and virtual organization with a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Solving complex challenges in a self-directed manner using structured thinking
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust among a variety of internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, and exercising influence to drive change
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
