You’re an enthusiastic, detail-oriented communicator with strong leadership capabilities, and creative ideas. You can confidently provide strategic counsel and execute high-impact communications across internal channels. You bring experience using generative AI tools to enhance team output and effectiveness. What will your typical day look like?

As Manager, Firm Communications, you will lead and deliver strategic internal communications initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders and other internal clients across the firm. You will develop communications that support key initiatives, projects, strategies, and events that align to Deloitte’s goals and objectives.

This includes:
• Acting as a trusted advisor to internal clients, providing strategic direction for communications projects from concept to execution.
• Developing high-impact internal communications plans across channels and audiences to drive engagement and business outcomes, working in partnership with the Senior Manager, Firm Communications.
• Leading the planning and delivery of strategic special projects that fall outside of the team’s standard scope of work, including large-scale, complex initiatives involving senior leaders, multiple audiences, and collaboration across teams.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and channel effectiveness, with a focus on collective team success.
• Supporting optimal operations for our internal communications channels, including our new intranet platform, working in partnership with the Manager, Content Management.
• Leveraging firm-approved generative AI tools to support ideation, efficiency, and quality of deliverables.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

• 5+ years of communications or related experience, ideally within a large corporate or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities with strong judgment and accountability.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for senior audiences.
• Experience providing strategic counsel and building strong relationships with senior leaders.
• A collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated commitment to team development and continuous improvement.

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
