Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Lead day-to-day delivery across workstreams related to systems implementation, operations and maintenance, help desk operations, and application development and maintenance.
- Manage team deliverables and work closely with team members to resolve issues, remove blockers, and keep work on track.
- Review work products for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements, project standards, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of the client environment, application landscape, and overall project scope.
- Monitor production support, database health, incident/problem resolution, and deployment/release activities across environments to help ensure system stability.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to manage changes, outages, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or enhancing state public assistance / eligibility systems.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL development and maintenance and working in IBM mainframe environments and legacy enterprise infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience with MVS/OS/390 environments and related tools/technologies, including DB2 (v8/v9/v10), IBM DB2 Admin, ERwin Data Modeler, SPUFI, QMF, CICS, TSO, and ISPF.
- Ability to travel 0 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Ability to manage small- to mid-sized engagements or workstreams and lead multiple team members with confidence.
- Experience assisting with proposal development and supporting business development activities.
- Experience participating in team-based problem-solving efforts to address client issues and drive practical solutions.
- Experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, and OPC to support incident tracking, workflow management, issue resolution, and delivery coordination.
