Position Summary

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

  • Lead requirements gathering efforts to define, prioritize, and refine AI use cases aligned to business needs and stakeholder objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI concepts, user experience considerations, and prototype/demo requirements.
  • Design and develop AI tool demonstrations to showcase capabilities, validate use cases, and support leadership and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create training scripts, communications, and enablement materials to support workshops, events, and broader change adoption activities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of workshops and stakeholder sessions, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of change management experience, focusing on AI tools, including requirements gathering for AI use cases, development of demos of AI tools, coordinating product launches, and/or creation of training scripts and communications related to workshops
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Ability to travel 30% - 50%, on average, to client sites in and around Alexandria, VA, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government Public Trust
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
