Work You’ll Do
As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:
- Own end-to-end functional design and configuration for one or more SAP Workforce Management (WFM) capability areas, ensuring stable integration with Payroll and downstream systems.
- Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops and translate labor rules, policy requirements, and operational needs into scalable system designs.
- Configure core WFM capabilities based on platform scope, including shift patterns, scheduling rules, rotations, premium and overtime eligibility, time entry and clocking scenarios, exceptions, approvals, delegation, leave and absence rules, accruals, and entitlement policies.
- Design and validate controls, warnings, and system validations that reduce payroll-impacting errors and improve data quality.
- Drive integration alignment across Payroll, HR master data, Finance/Controlling, and third-party time or scheduling tools to support accurate time results, earnings, and cost allocation.
- Lead SIT and UAT for end-to-end WFM scenarios, including exception handling such as missed punches, retroactive changes, and terminations.
- Own data readiness and cutover planning for key WFM objects, including schedule assignments, balances, and open requests.
- Develop operational reporting and readiness indicators, such as exception volumes, approval aging, and payroll cut risk, to support go-live readiness and stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and technical resources to resolve issues, manage defects, and support successful deployment and hypercare

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 4+ years experience supporting functional design, configuration, and testing for SAP Workforce Management solutions, with exposure to timekeeping, scheduling, absence, or labor rule configuration
- 4+ years experience working on integrated WFM and Payroll processes, including coordination with HR, Finance, Controlling, and interface teams
- 2+ years experience analyzing payroll-impacting issues, identify root causes, and support stabilization in post-go-live environments
- Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
