Position Summary
At Deloitte, the Associate Services Specialist Lead supports day-to-day workplace operations and helps deliver a seamless office experience for Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests. This role leads hospitality and business services activities, supports meetings and events, and helps maintain efficient office operations. The ideal candidate brings experience coordinating workplace services, managing multiple priorities, and leading service delivery in a professional environment.

As an Associate Services Specialist Lead on the One Team team, you will be responsible for…
- Coordinating daily office operations and hospitality services to support employees, clients, and guests
- Leading meeting and event support activities, including room setup, service coordination, and on-site execution
- Monitoring workplace service requests and resolving operational issues in a timely manner
- Supporting facility management activities, vendor coordination, and workplace standards across the office
- Guiding day-to-day team priorities and helping ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience

The team
At Deloitte, the internal operations team (known as the “One Team”) provides a full-range of hospitality and business services. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs, meeting and event planning and execution, and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric “experience” for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality services, office services, facilities support, or event operations
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or office service delivery in a corporate environment
- Experience leading day-to-day operational activities or service workflows
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience tracking service requests, schedules, or operational tasks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting workplace operations in a professional services environment
- Experience coordinating with vendors, building management, or facilities teams
- Experience training, mentoring, or guiding junior team members
- Experience using workplace service, ticketing, or event management tools
