What will your typical day look like?

As a member of the team, you will assist in the solutioning, implementation, and program management of an AI enabled vulnerability management solution. From a support role to being responsible for all aspects of our services. Your Responsibilities would include:
Solution Design: Research on solutions to address client requirements on the use of AI for vulnerability management. Develop secure architecture designs for the AI enabled vulnerability management solution.
Implementation of solution: Participate in the planning and facilitation of workshops with clients to prepare the deployment of solution. Determine integration points with other technology assets within client environment. Carry out the execution of solution deployment.
Validation of findings and remediation: Analyse the output of solutions for false positives and hallucinations. Prioritise security gaps in application, operating systems and network devices for remediation.
Reporting & Documentation: Document technical findings, attack paths, and risk levels in detailed reports for both technical staff and management.
Remediation Guidance: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and validate solutions for identified security weaknesses.
Tool Development: Research, develop, and maintain custom scripts or tools for specialized testing.

Our national practice is growing, and we are seeking an Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our talented team!
As part of our AI Vulnerability Management team, you will help our clients improve their overall security posture by proactively identifying security vulnerabilities in our clients’ IT infrastructure, applications and networks by enabling the use of AI. Through the use of multiple large language models, and technical solution outputs, you will be assisting our clients in uncovering weaknesses in their environment and providing actionable recommendations for remediation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You bring:
Experience: 1-5+ years in application security, vulnerability management, DevSecOps, related cybersecurity roles.
AI Knowledge: Experience with open weight local LLMs, LLM providers (eg. Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.), as well as working with AWS Bedrock, and Azure Foundry.
Application Security: Experience with execution and integration of DevOps pipeline with SAST, DAST, SCA tools.
Security Tools: Experience with tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, and Cobalt Strike.
Programming/Scripting: Ability to read and modify application/source code, with experience in Javascript, Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C/C++.
Web/Cloud Security: Knowledge of container security (Docker), API testing, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication skills both written and in person presentations.

Preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Polytech Certification in Information Security, or a related field.
Certifications: Nice to have certifications include:
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
o AWS Certified Security – Specialty
o CSA – Certificate of Competence in AI Security (CCAIS)
o Microsoft Applied Skills (AI Security / Responsible AI)
o AWS AI/ML Specialty (plus security add-ons)

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000 for consultants and $92,000 - $138,000 for senior consultants, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
