Our purpose is to “Widen the Circle”, or in other words, to expand the horizons of opportunity and prosperity so that Indigenous Peoples can be leaders in the professional services space. We are compelled to find solutions to challenging problems that drive our people, our company, and our clients forward.

  • Enjoy flexible, proactive, and practical benefits that foster a culture of well-being and connectedness.
  • Work in an agile work environment where work is what you do not where you do it

What will your typical day look like?

As an Analyst / Consultant within the Quality Engineering team at R8dius, you will help clients solve complex business and technology problems through thoughtful questioning, experimentation, and continuous learning. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys digging into how systems and processes really work, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity as solutions take shape.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement technology-enabled solutions, gaining hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic fields in consulting today.

Key Responsibilities:

General

  • Participate in client workshops and team meetings to capture testing needs against requirements and associated acceptance criteria.
  • Join Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand‑ups, retros) and represent testing team needs.
  • Support throughout all test phases of various software systems implementation projects (Functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, etc).
  • Keep up with tools and practices that improve testing efficiency.

Technical

  • Translate requirements and user stories into clear test scenarios and cases.
  • Join technical discussions to clarify testability and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with API testing and basic automation under guidance.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Zephyr and similar, to plan and track test execution, test data management, and logging defects.
  • Share concise test updates, risks, and issues with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical skills to identify failures and assist in troubleshooting and proposing next steps.

AI Enablement

  • Use AI tools to draft test cases, generate test data, and summarize logs—while always verifying outputs.
  • Require proficiency in AI and machine learning tools for data analysis, pattern recognition, and deriving actionable insights to optimize business operations.
  • Leverage AI solutions that automate repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and allowing focus on strategic activities.
  • Demonstrate understanding of ethical AI practices, emphasizing transparency, and accountability in AI usage.
