Position Summary
Join Deloitte’s Corporate Services team as a One Team Associate (Mailroom), where you will help support day-to-day operational and administrative activities that enable internal teams to work efficiently. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, maintain records, support routine business processes, and communicate with stakeholders across functions. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting internal operations, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

As a One Team Associate, on the Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for…
- Support daily administrative and operational processes, including intake, routing, tracking, and completion of service requests
- Maintain records, files, and system data; review entries for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up actions for internal stakeholders
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve routine issues, provide status updates, and escalate items when needed
- Prepare standard reports, documentation, and process materials to support service delivery and business operations

The team
Corporate Services supports Deloitte professionals through administrative and operational services that help the business run efficiently. The team works across functions to provide consistent support, maintain key processes, and respond to internal stakeholder needs. Team members collaborate to improve service delivery and support a positive internal client experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations support, shared services, or customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience maintaining records, tracking requests, and updating data in business systems or spreadsheets
- Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, or internal service requests across multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing reports, correspondence, or standard business documentation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting corporate services, facilities, workplace services, procurement, or another internal operations function
- Experience working in a professional services firm
- Experience with ticketing, workflow, or service management systems
- Experience handling confidential business information and records
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $41,100 to $68,600.
