Position Summary

Office Service Manager is a leadership role within Deloitte Services internal operations, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality workplace experience for Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests. This role leads office services operations in the Philadelphia office and serves as a key advisor across hospitality, facilities, office services, and administrative support. The Specialist Manager will help drive operational consistency, team performance, and service excellence while collaborating with local and national leaders across Enterprise Operations Excellence. This is an opportunity for a people leader who can balance day-to-day execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Work you'll do

As an Office Services Manager on the One Team, you will be responsible for supporting office services operations and leading service delivery across the Philadelphia office.

  • Manage office services operations to support compliance with established policies, procedures, and service agreements
  • Oversee facilities activities, including maintenance, repairs, workplace standards, security coordination, and vendor-supported services
  • Lead and develop office professionals and administrative services personnel through performance management, coaching, and day-to-day guidance
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities, including tracking spend and balancing planned and unplanned expenses
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and workplace experience

The team

At Deloitte, the operations team, known internally as One Team, delivers hospitality and business services that support the day-to-day needs of Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests. The team supports meeting and event execution, office operations, facilities coordination, and workplace services across the business. Team members work collaboratively to provide consistent, customer-focused experience and help keep office environments operating effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience leading business operations or workplace services teams in a corporate, service-oriented, or customer-centric environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing business operations in alignment with policies, procedures, and service agreements
  • Experience supporting facilities operations, workplace services, or office services
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing facilities operations
  • Experience supporting budgeting, expense management, or financial planning activities
  • Experience analyzing service delivery processes and implementing operational improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level
  • Experience managing projects
