Work You’ll Do
As a Project Consultant of Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing subject matter support on Asset Visibility, Item Unique Identification (IUID), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and related technologies to Department of Defense stakeholders and project teams
- Analyzing supply and materiel management policies, directives, manuals, and procedures to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Supporting Supply Directorate operations by helping set priorities, track actions, and drive completion of policy and program tasks
- Preparing technical analyses, policy recommendations, and briefing materials for reviews, assessments, governance forums, and leadership decision-making
- Evaluating requirements across the data lifecycle, including sensors and tags, data elements and standards, integration and middleware, and dashboard-based performance measurement

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree plus 1+ years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience in defense supply chain management
- 1+ years of experience in
- Supporting Asset Visibility initiatives
- Item Unique Identification (IUID) and/or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies
- Developing, analyzing, or revising supply policies, directives, manuals, or procedures
- Using tasking or tracking systems such as CATMS
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
Preferred:
- Experience supporting reviews, assessments, boards, committees, summits, or governance forums
- Experience preparing technical writing, policy memoranda, or executive briefings
- Experience evaluating data standards, systems integration, middleware, or dashboard-based performance measurement
- Experience coordinating cross-functional logistics or supply management activities
