Work you'll do
As a Lead Software Engineer I on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of pension and financial system solutions, including design, development, and deployment using .NET technologies across front-end and back-end components
- Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and client stakeholders, across multiple geographic locations and time zones
- Overseeing development and optimization of SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data integrations that support high-volume financial processing
- Providing subject matter expertise in public pension systems, government accounting, and financial transaction workflows
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of public pension domain experience
- 5+ years of experience using Deloitte’s Pension Administration Solution (DPAS) and 2+ years of .NET front-end and back-end development
- 5+ years of experience with government financial transactions and cash management
- 1+ years of experience managing business and technical teams across geographic locations and time zones
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Experience developing or supporting SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data integrations
- Experience supporting high-volume financial processing environments
- Experience with public sector technology delivery
- Experience working with government client stakeholders
