Work you'll do

As a Lead Software Engineer I on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of pension and financial system solutions, including design, development, and deployment using .NET technologies across front-end and back-end components
  • Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and client stakeholders, across multiple geographic locations and time zones
  • Overseeing development and optimization of SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data integrations that support high-volume financial processing
  • Providing subject matter expertise in public pension systems, government accounting, and financial transaction workflows
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions

We help transform engineering teams, modernize technology, & deliver complex programs with a product engineering mindset. Our flexible delivery models— traditional teams, pools, or pods, are tailored for each client’s needs, offering engineering-led Advise, Implement, & Operate capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of public pension domain experience
  • 5+ years of experience using Deloitte’s Pension Administration Solution (DPAS) and 2+ years of .NET front-end and back-end development
  • 5+ years of experience with government financial transactions and cash management
  • 1+ years of experience managing business and technical teams across geographic locations and time zones
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing or supporting SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data integrations
  • Experience supporting high-volume financial processing environments
  • Experience with public sector technology delivery
  • Experience working with government client stakeholders
