Work you'll do
As an Engineering Manager II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver application enhancements aligned with business goals and technology standards.
- Coordinate across multiple program increments, manage resource allocation, and drive delivery of project milestones.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee application stability, incident and change management, compliance activities, budget oversight, and continuous performance improvement.

We help transform engineering teams, modernize technology, & deliver complex programs with a product engineering mindset. Our flexible delivery models— traditional teams, pools, or pods, are tailored for each client’s needs, offering engineering-led Advise, Implement, & Operate capabilities to accelerate innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements
- Experience with Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and artificial intelligence tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or AI agents
- Experience supporting government projects
- Ability to travel up to 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications
- Experience working in a software development life cycle (SDLC) environment that uses artificial intelligence tools
