Work You’ll Do
As a Manager of Strategy & Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the principal subject matter expert and advisor to the Project Lead and government stakeholders on contested logistics matters
- Providing guidance across the project lifecycle, including shaping data calls, informing analysis, and reviewing recommendations prepared for senior leader decision forums
- Mentoring team members to help ensure work products are analytically sound, strategically aligned, and doctrinally correct
- Synthesizing inputs from sources such as Joint Logistics Board data, wargames, operation plans, and studies to develop a unified strategic narrative and guide project direction
- Acting as the senior subject matter expert within integrated project teams and working groups by guiding discussions, validating analytical approaches, and building consensus around findings
- Recommending approaches for codifying project findings into contested logistics doctrine, authorities, and interagency constructs

Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Doctorate degree with 8+ years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience with the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process
- 3+ years of experience in federal financial management, including budget formulation, justification, and execution
- 2+ years of experience with defense acquisition, production, sustainment, and/or logistics environments
- 2+ years of experience briefing technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and producing written products for government officials
- Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria, VA up to 5 days/week (typical week 2–3 days on-site).
Preferred:
- Experience with Program Objective Memorandum development and budget justification materials
- Experience performing cost analysis and developing models to support strategic resourcing decisions and advocacy
- Experience building or supporting dashboards and metrics for operational or executive audiences
- Experience supporting formal tasking workflows, including suspense management, coordination, quality control, and audit-ready documentation
- Experience working with military services and stakeholders in an advisory or planning capacity
