Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

The AXP Technical Product Owner will support the client in the setup and operation of a Next Best Action (NBA) pod focused on helping close gaps in care for Client members. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, Adobe Experience Platform delivery, and agile execution, translating business and marketing priorities into a clear, actionable backlog for the pod. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership discipline, technical fluency across Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, and the ability to drive delivery across business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.

  • Lead product ownership for an Adobe Experience Platform delivery pod supporting Humana’s Next Best Action use cases focused on gap closure and member engagement.
  • Own and manage the pod backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and supporting sprint planning and execution.
  • Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to align backlog priorities with platform design, data dependencies, governance standards, and integration requirements across AEP, AJO, and CJA.
  • Serve as the day-to-day product owner within an agile scrum team, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, delivery reviews, and prioritization decisions.
  • Review and accept completed work to ensure solutions meet business intent, technical standards, and program objectives.
  • Communicate sprint progress, delivery health, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, while helping drive alignment across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Contribute to the launch and ongoing operation of the NBA pod by helping establish effective ways of working, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration models.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in MarTech, digital product, data, or technology delivery roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or delivery lead in an agile environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or closely related Adobe ecosystem tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into prioritized user stories, backlog items, and delivery plans.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in scaled agile environments, including sprint execution, backlog refinement, PI planning, and dependency/risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $150,700.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
