Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Cornerstone team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple concurrent Cornerstone engagements, including new implementations and upgrade migrations, across scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk management
  • Serving as the primary project-level client relationship lead with senior stakeholders across Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Information Technology
  • Leading design, configuration, and delivery efforts for Cornerstone learning management system, learning experience platform, and skills solutions through workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews
  • Managing and developing teams of analysts, consultants, senior consultants, and managers through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
  • Supporting practice growth through business development, proposal support, go-to-market activities, and thought leadership in learning technology, strategy, alliances, and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Cornerstone or equivalent enterprise LMS platform implementations (Learn/LXP or Skills/Transform or UIUX or technical/data conversion focus)
  • 8+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one Cornerstone module (or equivalent module in other enterprise LMS platform)
  • 4+ years of experience in client relationship management with experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director level and above)
  • 5+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and collaborating cross-functionally with HR, L&D and IT
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master’s or MBA degree
  • Ability to develop new methods and approaches as the talent intelligence space rapidly evolves
  • Ability to work autonomously with a team and make sound, logical decisions
  • An interest in how AI is changing the world of learning and work, and how that can drive business outcomes
  • 8+ years’ experience managing staff and leading medium to large sized teams
  • 8+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries; managed schedule/budget/risks with weekly status reporting and stakeholder governance
  • 8+ years Big 4 consulting experience with demonstrated success developing business and exceeding sales targets
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing HR shared service centers, learning & development strategy or employee service delivery transformation initiatives
  • Led 2+ Cornerstone implementations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
