What will your typical day look like?

The People Change Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader is responsible for scoping, governing, and leading change strategies for people‑related changes across DTTL People & Operations (P&O) for Deloitte Global. This role provides enterprise‑level change leadership for complex transformations, organizational changes, and workforce initiatives, ensuring integrated decision‑making, effective risk management, and drives consistent change quality across the P&O portfolios.

  • Scope and lead people‑related change projects across Deloitte Global, providing strategic oversight, governance, and decision making.
  • Own holistic P&O change planning, including integrated views of impacts, risks, readiness, and sequencing, in partnership with the Chief People Officer and Executive team, Strategy leader, Chief of Staff, and People Advisory leadership (HR Business Partners).
  • Monitor and manage P&O stakeholder engagement and change risk across People Executive, CoE leaders, People Operating Group, and executive leadership.
  • Supervise and provide quality assurance for Change Managers, ensuring consistent, high‑quality change strategies and deliverables aligned to CoE methodology and market relevant leading practice.
  • Drive consolidated monitoring and reporting of change progress, risks, and outcomes across stakeholders and initiatives, delivering clear executive‑level insights.
  • Advise leaders on portfolio‑specific change strategies, tailoring approaches based on scale, complexity, and risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert as required for P&O CoE efforts with a change lens.
  • Provide senior change advisory support for organizational and workforce changes, with a focus on thoughtful planning, risk mitigation, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern people‑related change scoping and strategic oversight for DTTL People & Operations transformations, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and governance expectations.
  • Own and integrate holistic P&O change planning, including enterprise views of impacts, risks, readiness, and sequencing.
  • Monitor and manage stakeholder engagement and change risk across P&O CoEs, the People Operating Group, and executive leadership, escalating insights and mitigation actions as needed.
  • Supervise and assure quality of Change Managers’ strategies and plans, ensuring consistent rigor, standards, and application of CoE methodologies.
  • Drive consolidated monitoring and reporting of change progress, risks, and outcomes across initiatives, delivering clear, decision‑ready insights to senior leaders and governance bodies.
  • Advise leaders on portfolio‑specific change strategies, tailoring approaches based on scale, complexity, and risk while maintaining enterprise consistency.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification and/or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) strongly preferred (other change, transformation, or organizational effectiveness certifications welcomed).

Professional Experience

  • 8+ years of experience leading people‑related change, organizational transformation, or workforce initiatives within complex, global organizations.
  • 5+ years shaping or governing enterprise‑level change strategies, including integrated views of impacts, risks, readiness, and sequencing across portfolios or programs.
  • 3+ years supervising, coaching, or quality‑assuring change practitioners to ensure consistent standards, rigor, and effectiveness across initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing broad stakeholder ecosystems (e.g., HR/People leadership, operations, executives) and proactively assessing and mitigating change risk.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex change data into clear, executive‑level insights, reporting, and recommendations for governance and decision‑making.

Technical Skills & Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) for executive‑level storytelling, enterprise change strategies, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and content management.
  • Enterprise change analytics & insight tools (e.g., Power BI, survey/sentiment platforms) to track adoption, readiness, risk, and outcomes and translate data into decision‑ready executive insights.
  • Change enablement & experience design capabilities, including stakeholder impact analysis, persona‑based change approaches, journey mapping, and scalable assets for global audiences.
  • Change management certification strongly preferred (Prosci Change Management Certification and/or CCMP); equivalent enterprise change leadership experience considered.
  • Advanced facilitation and advisory skills, including virtual facilitation, leadership enablement, and partnership with Communications, Learning & Development, and Technology teams to support adoption.

Travel Requirements

  • Varies depending on active projects and broader People & Operations change-related activity.

Reporting Structure

  • Supervisory Role: This role directly supervises all Change Managers within the People & Operations Change Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE). Prior experience leading, coaching, and quality‑assuring change practitioners is required, including responsibility for performance management, capability development, and ensuring consistent standards and rigor across change strategies and plans.
  • Reporting Line: The People Change Enablement CoE Leader reports to the Culture & Enablement Portfolio Leader, who sits within the People Executive leadership team.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
