As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business and technical requirements.
- Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization for ServiceNow implementations.
- Contribute to project deliverables, documentation, estimation, and technical work products across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- 2+ years experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and REST application programming interfaces
- Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Customer Service Management, or Strategic Portfolio Management
- Experience configuring integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Local to the Washington Metro area
- Active Secret clearance
- One or more additional ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with Integration Hub, Service Portal, or UI Builder
- Experience supporting Agile delivery methods
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience leading technical workstreams on platform implementation projects
