What will your typical day look like?

Position Summary



The Global CIO & CHRO Program Manager supports the activation and growth of Deloitte’s global CIO and CHRO programs. The role works closely with Global Program Leaders, Member Firm leaders, and Executive & Board Program stakeholders to strengthen executive engagement, enable knowledge sharing across the network, and support strategic initiatives that deepen relationships with senior technology and human capital leaders.


This role sits at the intersection of global strategy, executive engagement, and program coordination, helping ensure consistent activation and impact of CIO and CHRO programs across Deloitte’s global network.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global CIO and CHRO Programs in close collaboration with Global Program Leaders and the Executive & Board Programs Chief of Staff.
• Support the continued evolution and expansion of the CIO and CHRO Programs by collaborating with Member Firm leaders to strengthen engagement with senior technology and human capital executives across the network.
• Partner with Global Program Leaders to identify strategic priorities and develop offerings that support CIO and CHRO communities, including executive labs, roundtables, and leadership convenings.
• Plan and facilitate Global CIO and CHRO Program leadership meetings, including agenda development, coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Work with program leadership teams and steering committees to implement governance structures that support the global CIO and CHRO program ecosystem.
• Support the development and implementation of program offerings in collaboration with Member Firm CIO and CHRO Programs, ensuring alignment across geographies.
• Equip Global Lead Client Service Partners (GLCSPs) and account teams with CIO and CHRO program insights, frameworks, and content to support executive engagement and strengthen client relationships.
• Foster knowledge sharing across Member Firms by connecting CIO and CHRO program leaders, sharing best practices, and enabling collaboration across geographies.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, communications, and reporting materials for Global Leadership and Executive & Board Programs stakeholders.
• Contribute to program eminence initiatives by supporting the global activation of insights from Tech Trends, Human Capital Trends, and other CIO/CHRO research across Member Firms.
• Partner with Global Executive & Board Program leaders to ensure coordination across CXO programs and reinforce a unified executive engagement strategy.
• Serve as a connector between the CIO and CHRO Programs and Deloitte’s broader consulting capabilities, helping translate program insights into opportunities for collaboration and impact across the network.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or executive engagement roles.
• Experience working within the Deloitte network or a global professional services environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-ready presentations and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or working with executive audiences is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and globally approved collaboration tools.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
