Work You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Asset Management team, you will be responsible for…

  • Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on an existing ServiceNow platform
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution design, and development plans
  • Create development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements and implementation activities
  • Guide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities across the delivery lifecycle
  • Partner with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow
  • Experience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiatives
  • Experience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projects
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasks
  • Ability to travel 0–25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Experience working on ServiceNow implementations in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, or platform release management in ServiceNow
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
