Work you'll do

As a Change Management and Training Lead Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for…

  • Oversee the design and delivery of the training program, including on demand and live delivery.
  • Lead design and delivery of communications strategy including field debrief, release-related notifications, provisioning status notifications, reminders etc.
  • Facilitate site and provider onboarding by supporting program overview conversations, site discovery activities, clinical note title creation, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare materials for leadership readouts, PI planning, and priority setting activities.
  • Use storytelling and visualization techniques to convey projecting planning and related insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare related organizations with change management, training or communications
  • 1+ year of experience supporting or leading change management tele-health programs
  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce, particularly in support of clinical care delivery
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust

Preferred:

  • Experience with JIRA and Genesys, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Prior experience developing, facilitating, and leading organization change management efforts
  • Prior healthcare consulting experience
  • Experience with mental health safety planning protocols
