Work you’ll do
The Global Analytics Product Owner will set the strategic vision, roadmap, and implementation plan for Global Analytics Products within Global Employer Services, reporting to the Head of Data and leading a team of analytics engineers and BI developers. The role will oversee the prioritization and delivery of advanced analytics, traditional business intelligence, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions—including predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization, recommendation engines, and dashboards—that improve business insight, strengthen core product offerings, and drive measurable business value. You will identify and prototype innovative use cases, conduct market research and competitive analysis, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and partner with Global Technology, transformation leadership, product owners, data and analytics teams, architects, senior leaders, firm partners, and Deloitte clients as appropriate to bring promising ideas to market. Success will be measured through progress against the analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes the Global Employer Services Analytics strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments across machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, business intelligence, and dashboards based on business outcomes, adoption, ROI, and value realization.
- Leads the ideation, prototyping, and delivery of analytics innovations and products, incorporating market, client, and stakeholder feedback to bring scalable solutions to market and ensure business adoption.
- Provides hands-on leadership to analytics teams and cross-functional partners, owning priorities, timelines, delivery quality, and execution discipline while coaching talent and partnering with Global Technology and senior stakeholders.

- Ability to assess technical options, challenge design decisions constructively, and guide scalable solutions in partnership with business and technology teams.
The team
At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services (GES) Technology Group consultants help multinational clients develop programs, processes and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel and remote working. People within our technology group come from a diverse background – they partner with our go-to-market teams and global clients to solve challenging problems and design experiences and products that anticipate what our Deloitte clients will want and also solutions that keep them compliant with global and local regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams of up to 20 analytics professionals.
- Proven experience with at least one advanced analytics method such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines, optimization algorithms, segmentation, or forecasting.
- Successful experience with at least one analytics visualization platform such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- One of the following accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC)
- Alteryx Designer- Advanced Certification
- IASA’s Certified IT Architect (CITA) (F/A Level)
- Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)
- Certified SAFe® DevOps Practitioner
- Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
Preferred experience:
- Prior leadership experience as Head of Analytics or in a similar senior analytics role.
- Domain experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Analytics, Financial Analytics, Sales and Marketing Analytics, or Product Analytics.
- Experience with Python and machine learning libraries.
- Experience with Gen AI, RAG, and agentic AI.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience with Responsible AI principles and practices.
- Ability to assess architecture options, challenge technical design decisions, and guide scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical decisions to business leaders and navigate pushback during transformation.
