Position Summary

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Serving as a key member of engagement teams across our Infrastructure & Real Estate project portfolio, such as:

o Develop real estate portfolio optimization strategies

o Design Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models

o Deliver CRE and FM outsourcing / insourcing consulting services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and RFI / RFP process management

o Enhance CRE, FM, or workplace business processes and workflows across the corporate real estate life cycle (portfolio management, transaction management, design & construction, space & move management, facilities / amenities management, etc.)

o Design and implement workplace strategies, digital workplace technology / smart building / IoT strategies, and workforce mobility / “work from anywhere” programs

o Deliver CRE, FM, or workplace technology platform advisory services, including strategy development, requirements development, vendor / solution evaluation, and implementation support

  • Structuring deliverables and leading development of presentations, workshop materials, business cases, implementation plans, and project management artifacts to support timely, quality delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development

The Team

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.


Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in corporate real estate within a professional services environment, or 5+ years of experience in an internal corporate real estate function within a large owner-occupier organization
  • Understanding of key corporate real estate industry trends
  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance the quality of work products
  • Experience developing real estate portfolio optimization strategies, including master planning, campus/HQ strategy, restructuring, cost optimization, implementation and planning, and analytics
  • Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, or workplace business processes across the corporate real estate life cycle, including portfolio management, transaction management, design & construction, space & move management or facilities and amenities management
  • Must have experience within multiple relevant domains, including: corporate real estate operations improvement, operating model, outsourcing, workplace strategy, digital workplace, portfolio strategy, corporate real estate M&A, Smart Building, Sustainability, Service Delivery
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience with workplace strategy including developing change management and communications plans, understanding of integrated RE, IT and HR solutions, global implementation, opportunity assessment and business case development and workplace vision, strategy, design and implementation
  • Understanding of theory and ability to apply change management concepts in a corporate real estate context, including ability to develop stakeholder management plan, develop and implement communications strategy
  • Familiarity with real estate related information technologies and platforms: such as IWMS, EAM, Smart Building eco-systems
  • Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
  • Ability to design Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities Management (FM), or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models
  • Experience with Smart Buildings, including workplace analytics design, digital transformation roadmap development, digital workplace and application of Smart Buildings tools including Gen AI, BMS, sensors
  • Experience applying ESG and / or sustainability concepts to CRE and FM, including sustainability assessments, energy-efficient solution, reporting and analytics

This compensation range is specific to {insert location} and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000.00 to $188400.00.
