What will your typical day look like?

You will support the financial health and operational management of a broad portfolio of client engagements throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on financial hygiene, billing, reporting, and partner support rather than detailed project forecasting or individual project tracking.

  • Supporting engagement setup, maintenance, and financial administration activities
  • Managing billing, revenue recognition, receivables, and engagement closure processes
  • Monitoring portfolio health and addressing financial hygiene items across multiple engagements
  • Preparing financial reports and responding to stakeholder inquiries
  • Supporting compliance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives

About the team

Deloitte’s Advisory Businesses Engagement Financial Services (EFS) practice is comprised of professionals who support the financial management and operational administration of client engagements. The Core Engagement Support team partners with Partners, engagement teams, and business leaders to maintain financial integrity, deliver operational excellence, and support efficient engagement management processes across a large portfolio of engagements.

You are someone who:

  • Has a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field, with 0–3 years of experience
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Is highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel
  • Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Takes accountability for results and proactively seeks opportunities to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable working with financial data and applying it to support decision-making
  • Has experience with ERP systems and financial management tools (preferred)
  • Demonstrates curiosity in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and ways of working

The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $86,000​​, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
