Work you'll do
As a Manager on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead functional transformation initiatives that align SAP capabilities with finance, operations, and enterprise business objectives.
- Advise executives and program leadership on transformation strategy, target-state processes, delivery priorities, and value realization.
- Lead the design and implementation of standardized, scalable business processes across SAP Finance and related functional areas.
- Establish functional governance, decision forums, quality gates, issue escalation processes, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, automate manual activities, and strengthen reporting and operational controls.
- Manage dependencies and integration points between SAP modules, legacy applications, third-party systems, and enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- 8+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems consulting.
- 5+ years leading SAP functional workstreams or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major release
- Ability to travel up to 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, or another relevant functional area.
- Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, or comparable transformation delivery methods.
- Experience in public-sector, defense, regulated, or highly controlled operating environments.
- Experience with SAP integrations, data migration, master data governance, reporting, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience leading organizational change, training, adoption, or business readiness activities.
