Work You’ll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the DSATS team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead functional requirements definition for modernization, integration, and sustainment initiatives within ServiceNow
  • Translate mission, user, and program needs into documented business requirements, functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with product, technical, and testing stakeholders to support backlog refinement, release planning, solution validation, and deployment readiness
  • Support development of test scenarios, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and operational process documentation for new and enhanced capabilities
  • Align functional recommendations and delivery priorities to the Capability Needs Statement (CNS), Product Roadmap, and enterprise mission objectives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience translating business or mission requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or process documentation
  • 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow platform implementations, enhancements, or sustainment activities
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, or release management
  • 2+ years of experience developing test scenarios, supporting user acceptance testing, and documenting defects or enhancement requests
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting United States federal or defense programs
  • Experience aligning requirements or delivery plans to product roadmaps or capability documents
  • Experience facilitating requirements workshops with business, product, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting data migration, system integration, or process modernization efforts
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules used for enterprise workflow, case management, or platform integration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $197,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
