Job Description
Operations and Budget Management Senior Consultant, Cloud Marketing - Digital Customer
Posting Start Date: 8/27/26

Summary

This Senior Consultant role sits at the center of budget governance and program management for a Brand and Creative organization within Cloud Marketing on 1 year fixed term contract. Acting as the PMO backbone for the team, this role owns budget administration, procurement governance, and the operating rhythm that keeps leadership informed and prepared for every strategic touchpoint.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial rigor, PMO discipline, and the ability to translate budget and operational detail into clear, executive ready reporting. This person will partner closely with the Strategy and Operations lead to run planning cycles, manage spend governance, and lead cross team programs that require structure, precision, and sound judgment.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Manage budget administration, including spend requests, contract and purchase order tracking, and procurement compliance.
  • Prepare regular budget reports and executive-ready updates for leadership.
  • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and quarterly reconciliation activities across marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Track AI-related investments, spending, and program performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate quarterly executive reviews with agency partners and leadership, including stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and presentation development.
  • Support AI enablement efforts through case studies, value tracking, communications, training metrics, and adoption reporting.

This is your opportunity to work in the Technology and Transformation practice at Deloitte, embedded within a team that goes far beyond traditional business process outsourcing. We work shoulder to shoulder with clients, constantly adapting to the pace of change to ideate, innovate, and embed continuous advantage at the heart of their operations.

Our current engagement sits at the center of one of the most ambitious marketing strategy and operations transformations in the global technology sector. • Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, reconciliation, and procurement processes.
  • Strong project management and PMO skills, including planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
  • High attention to detail with experience maintaining budgets, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application to business processes and productivity.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is an asset.
