Work you'll do
As an Engineering Manager II on the Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for…
- Leading a quality engineering organization across enterprise initiatives by setting delivery strategy, managing workloads, and driving accountability for quality outcomes
- Directing system and integration testing for large-scale transformation programs spanning business rules, eligibility workflows, configurations, application programming interfaces, user interfaces, and end-to-end scenarios
- Establishing governance, release readiness reporting, quality metrics, and risk management practices while coordinating across development, testing, business, and integration teams
- Modernizing automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, Cucumber behavior-driven development, Page Object Model design, fixtures, and reusable components to improve regression efficiency and maintainability
- Driving innovation through artificial intelligence-enabled quality engineering solutions, including test impact assessment, scenario generation, and document validation capabilities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a technical field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, test management, or software delivery for enterprise platforms
- 3+ years of experience leading testing organizations of 20+ professionals across cross-functional delivery teams
- 2+ years of experience defining system testing, integration testing, release readiness reporting, and defect governance for enterprise transformation programs
- 2+ years of experience with Playwright, TypeScript, Cucumber behavior-driven development, or automation framework design
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience supporting public sector, health care, or health insurance exchange platforms
- 2+ years of experience leading global delivery models across United States and India teams
- 1+ years of experience partnering with executive stakeholders on quality metrics, risk mitigation, and delivery reporting
- 1+ years of experience applying generative artificial intelligence, large language models, optical character recognition, or computer vision to quality engineering solutions
- 1+ years of experience with application programming interface testing, end-to-end integration testing, or enterprise workflow validation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
