Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in New York, New York.
Work You’ll Do
Manage the design and prototype of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market and industry penetration in specific targeted geographies. Lead the design of product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, and finance. Oversee the design of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leveraging Strategic Choice Cascade, Balanced Breakthrough Model, Quantitative Surveys, and Ethnographic research on Remesh to partake in the design of customer-facing growth strategies, product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions;
- Creating highly detailed user flows and process flows, annotated wireframes, and design of interactions for complex applications, utilizing Figma and FigJam to develop service blueprints, wireframes, and groom user stories;
- Designing systems and best practices from atomic design, creating and applying style guides, to typography and color for roll out of User Interfaces (UI) across multiple expressions;
- Analyzing, advising, and translating design requirements into creative designs, utilizing personas, journey maps, precursors, orthodoxies, and the double diamond Human-Centered Design (HCD), UserZoom for UX/UI testing, and Mural for whiteboarding;
- Participating in teams focused on specific workstreams of engagements;
- Ensuring timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Smartsheet, and Gantt Charts in Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint; and
- Participating in cross-functional onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Kanban boards, Agile Daily Scrums, and Smartsheet.

Annual Salary: $193,300.00 - $322,100.00.
