Work You’ll Do
- Providing end-to-end procurement support for Government-furnished requirements (GFR), including requirements intake, validation, acquisition planning support, sourcing support, ordering, logistics coordination, and receipt and acceptance documentation
- Maintaining audit-ready procurement files and property records to support compliance, documentation accuracy, and lifecycle accountability
- Coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals, vendor communications, and competitive sourcing activities in alignment with Government direction and decision authority and without unauthorized commitments
- Preparing routine status reports and tracking procurement risks, issues, order status, and follow-up actions for internal and client stakeholders
- Supporting workflow development and process improvement by documenting intake and approval workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), handoffs, and escalation paths to improve cycle time and compliance

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in Supply chain and Network Operations
- Experience supporting procurement operations, including requirements intake, validation, ordering, logistics coordination, and documentation
- Experience maintaining audit-ready files, receipt and acceptance records, and tracking procurement activities
- Experience preparing status reporting and tracking risks, issues, and action items
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in Huntsville, Alabama
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Government-furnished requirements (GFR) procurement activities
- Experience with acquisition planning support, sourcing support, and ordering or logistics coordination
- Experience maintaining audit-ready procurement files, receipt and acceptance documentation, and property records
- Experience supporting stakeholder review and approval workflows and vendor communications
- Experience creating or updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and escalation paths
- Experience preparing status reporting and risk or issue tracking for procurement activities
