Work You’ll Do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for…
- Conducting reviews of assigned Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Intermediate Maintenance Level (I-Level) repair capabilities to identify opportunities for capability expansion and process improvement
- Validating Individual Component Repair Lists (ICRLs), improving repair and return processes, and coordinating with production and support teams to reduce barriers affecting repair outcomes
- Analyzing Beyond Capable Maintenance (BCM), component removal, Maintenance Customer Wait Time (MCWT), Non-Mission Capable Supply (NMCS), Partial Mission Capable Supply (PMCS), and cannibalization data to identify root causes and improve readiness outcomes
- Coordinating with squadron maintenance leadership, Supply, engineering, and maintenance organizations to align repair priorities with operational demand, scheduled maintenance, and aircraft readiness requirements
- Supporting I-Level Reform initiatives at the assigned FRC by addressing support equipment, publications, training, standardization, and reporting needs across stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of naval aviation maintenance experience, including 5+ years in Intermediate Maintenance Level (I-Level) maintenance activity
- 8 + years of experience with repair capability decisions, Individual Component Repair List (ICRL) management, Beyond Capable Maintenance (BCM) processing, or maintenance production control
- 7+ years of experience using Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity Intermediate Maintenance Activity (NALCOMIS OOMA IMA); familiarity with Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), MEASURE, and maintenance support systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2D and COMNAVAIRSYSCOM technical directives, applying requirements to I-Level operations and component repair activities with 100% procedural compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a business discipline, or an additional 6+ years of Navy logistics or logistics Automated Information System management experience; Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of direct Intermediate Level (I-Level) maintenance experience Quality Assurance or Direct Work Center Supervision
- 2+ years experience at a Fleet Readiness Center (FRC), OCONUS AIMD, Afloiat AIMD or Combination Therof to include Main or Divisional Production control as Qualified Production Controller or Senior Position
- Experience reviewing, validating, and optimizing Individual Component Repair Lists (ICRLs) and applying Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SM&R) codes and demonstrated understanding of their relationship with the Naval Supply System
- Experience implementing process improvements in maintenance workflows, repair procedures, or support functions using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Completion of advanced maintenance management courses, including Aviation Maintenance Material Control and Quality (AMQC), or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in O-Level Maintenance Control, Safe-for-Flight, Quality Assurance, or maintenance work center supervision
- Ability to work onsite 2 - 3 days a week at a Deloitte client location.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
